Q: Where's my stuff?
A: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you and you can find tracking information on the USPS.com web site for your package.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Thank you for your purchase! All orders ship the same or next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday. For example, if your order is placed on Saturday, it will ship on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday).
Q: Can you make a custom stamp or shape for me?
A: We unfortunately are not selling custom products at this time.
Q: Can I purchase Express shipping?
A: We currently do not offer an Express mail shipping option. We do offer a Priority Mail option to U.S. locations, but USPS may not be guaranteeing delivery dates as a result of the pandemic.
Q: The unwanted background on my stamp is stamping on my project! How lame! How do I get a clean, stamped image?
A: When using a Sniggle Sloth stamp for the first time, we recommend that you use a light hand when applying stamp ink to the stamp rubber. Test your stamp on scrap material before stamping on the final product. If ink is transferred to the rubber background or unwanted areas of your stamp and stamping on your material, use a damp cloth to wipe it clean and try again, ensuring that you do not rock the stamp too much. Once you figure out the amount of ink and pressure needed for your stamp, go for it! Happy stamping and best of luck with your project! :-)
